Due to my tire situation I ended up on FB looking for a set of used tires as I didn’t want to spend 600 bucks on a set right now. I found a set of nearly new Bridgestone Potenzas for 400 bucks and they came with a free set of wheels lol.
Mid way through swapping.
I wasn’t sure if they had TPMSs in them or not, when I started the car back out I got worried the car said I had a flat tire. Then I realized it was still picking up the old set, once I got a block or so away it picked up the new ones.
Here are some not so beauty shots as the car is hecka dirty.
I’m not a huge fan of black wheels, but on a the grey it doesn’t look horrible. I think next spring I’ll try to paint them bronze.

Looks much better, bronze or silver will look nice. They seem like the pleb spec version of m3 wheels

does it matter if they didn’t have TPMS?

Im guessing the tire warning light would stay on all the time. A minor inconvenience but still.

I too went for blac k wheels on my gray thing. Yours look great! Beware they are very hard to keep shiny.

Black wheels look better with the black grills, but I don’t want black grills. I’m thinking about painting the wheels Space Grey, the body color

That would be cool. Body colored wheels are great. I did that on my gray 07 camry and it really gave it a unique look. My favorite that ive never had is white wheels on a white car. Like 90s honda monkee had.
